How do I find my full account number and routing number?

Login to Personal Online Banking. Click on the Account Title. Click on the link for Details. If you are not enrolled in online banking, please contact your local branch or call 1-800-321-DIME(3463).

How to do I find my available balance?

Login to Personal Online Banking. The account summary page will appear upon login and display the available balance on all your accounts.

How to do I make a deposit?

Login through the Dime Personal Online Banking mobile app on your IOS or Droid phone. Click on the Deposits image in the bottom ribbon menu. If you do not have the mobile app, please go to the App Store or Google play and search Dime Community Bank and select Dime Community Bank Mobile. You may also make a deposit at any Dime branch or Dime ATM.

How to do I order checks?

Login to Dime Personal Online Banking. From an internet browser, click Order Checks link under the Account on the Account Summary page. From a mobile app, click on the name of the account and click on the Order Checks link. If you do not have online banking, please click the following link to order checks: deluxe.com.

How to do I get a new or replacement debit card?

To request a replacement card, please call 1-800-321-DIME (3463).

How do I dispute an unauthorized charge on my debit card?

To dispute an unauthorized charge on your Dime debit card, call 833-613-0439.

What is a “LOC payment”?

If you see a debit in your checking account listed as “LOC Payment” this means “Line of Credit”. There is a yearly service charge of $25.00 if you have a line of credit.

How do I close an account?

For assistance closing your Dime Account, visit a local branch or call 1-800-321-DIME (3463). You may also sign-in to Personal Online Banking and send a secure message to start the process.

Why is my Zelle account Suspended or on Hold?

There may be a restriction placed on your Zelle account for one of the following reasons:
1. You need to verify a recent transaction
2. You need to verify the information of a recently added recipient
3. You need to validate the recently added phone number or email address through Zelle

How do I pay bills online?

Login to Personal Online Banking. From an internet browser, click the Bill Pay tab. From our mobile app, click on Menu and select Bill Pay.

How do I send or receive wire transfers?

Dime Community Bank depositors may send or receive money wire transfers into their accounts.
