Order New Checks

We want to provide our members with digital banking that complements how they already manage their money. That's why we continue to support convenient check services so you can pay how you choose.

Order through NYMCU Digital Banking

Step 1

Log into your NYMCU Digital Banking account.

Step 2

Select “More…” on the left, then choose “Check Services” from the menu.

Step 3

Click on the "Reorder Checks" tab and complete the form.

Step 4

If this is your first call, you will need to enter your Date of Birth (i.e. MM/DD/YYYY), Social Security Number and a four digit PIN of your choice. You are now in the system.

Order Directly from Our Check Provider, Harland Clarke.

Step 1

Visit the Harland Clarke site through this portal.

Step 2

On the “Login to Order Checks” screen, you’ll need:

  1. MCU’s Routing and Transit Number: 226078036
  2. Your MCU checking account number
    (To find your account number, look at the second set of numbers at the bottom of your MCU
    checks. For example - ¦: 226078036¦: 13590012345612¦: 0101
  3. The ZIP code associated with your account.

Be sure to select “Personal” for the Account Type.

Step 3

Follow the prompts to complete your order. You can check the status of your order in the confirmation email sent to the one you use for your MCU account.
