In Bangladesh, the RMG sector has experienced an exponential growth since the 1980s. There were only 50 factories employing only a few thousand people. Currently, there are approximate 6000 manufacturing units. Owing to the emergence of strong backward linkages within the country, the Knitwear Industry is adding up to 80% value, which opens up enormous potential for foreign and domestic investors to spend in the areas of spinning, weaving, sewing, packaging, and accessories manufacturing. Apart from that, every industry has to face huge competition to execute orders. Still most of the factories are struggling to survive this competition race. On manufacturing process garments sample play an important role for receiving a garments export order. Sample section of garments manufacturing factory has done this job. As a result, among all the others section like as cutting, sewing, finishing etc. sample section gets the maximum priority in demands. In this article mainly discuss about the number of sample needed in readymade garments industry.

This article aims to introduce to industrial garment enterprises in Vietnam the research results of applying a number of statistical tools to quality control (QM) at garment enterprises in Vietnam. The project's product is a modern garment line management software with a modern statistical tools running completely automatically on the Microsoft Excel platform. With a friendly and flexible interface; no installation and low operating costs; Visual quality control reports with valuable information, this system will help garment enterprises improve the efficiency of quality control, thereby contributing to building and strengthening the brand. Statistical process control is a powerful collection of problem solving tools useful in achieving process stability and improving capability through the reduction of variability.SPC can be applied to any process. The major objective of SPC is to quickly detect the occurrence of assignable causes of process shifts so that investigation of the process and corrective action may be taken before many non conforming units are manufactured. The eventual goal of SPC is the elimination of variability in the process. It may not be possible to completely eliminate variability, but the control chart is an effective tool in reducing variability as much as possible. The main objective of this paper is to implement SPC schemes, study of control charts and comparison performance of various control charts for bottle manufacturing data. In the manufacturing environment, quality improves reliability, increases productivity and customer satisfaction. Quality in manufacturing requires the practice of quality control. This research work investigates the level of quality control in Lifespan pharmaceutical limited, makers of Lifespan Table Water. The study involves inspection of some randomly selected finished products on daily bases.

Rapid developments in international competition have obliged textile enterprises to take new approaches in order to gain a competitive advantage. The limits of acceptable quality levels for the enterprises have fallen back down to critical points due to the effects of liberal policies in international markets. Total Quality Management (TQM) keeps vital role in improving productivity, product quality and reduces manufacturing cost by reducing rework and scrape. TQM method has a great applicability in RMG sector. As RMG sector is the largest industrial sector of Bangladesh, Product Quality improvement can play a vital role in opening the doors of great opportunities for the country. To perform this study we take help of the tools of TQM such as Flow chart, Check sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Scatter Diagram, Control Chart, Cause and effect diagram from various garment industries of Bangladesh to analyse collected data which were collected through observation method and it is found that a significant amount of rework and scrape per style, per month has minimized by applying this method. Garment Company is a company engaged in the manufacture of garments such as pants, t-shirts, shirts and others. In order to maintain consumer confidence to produce a quality product, the company used a sampling technique with International standards by suppressing high defect products. In fact, the average defect rate of convection in various company products was about 29-32% in the period of September 2014. This study aimed to determine the implementation of quality control by using statistical tools which can be useful to control the level of disability products in the company, know the type of disability dominant, and provide solutions for problems facing by the company. This study used descriptive method. Analysis of the quality control was used by using statistical tools such as Pareto diagrams, maps u control, causal diagram and the tree diagram.
