1622424 - Crystal Reports Viewer does not show up in the web browser.

Crystal Reports Viewer does not show up in the web browser when a Crystal Reports .NET SDK application is accessed from the client machine.

Cause

• The browser settings are blocking the viewer script (.js) files to be executed.

Resolution

Manually enable the 'Active Scripting' option of the browser.

• To enable the 'Active Scripting' option

1. Open the browser window
2. Go to 'Tools' --> 'Internet Options'
3. Click the 'Security' tab.
4. Select the 'Internet' web content zone and click the 'Custom Level' button at the bottom.
5. In the settings window, select the 'Scripting' option.
6. Check the 'Enable' button of the' Active Scripting' option.

• Note : Changing the browser settings is out of the scope of the Crystal Reports .NET SDK and thus there are not API to do this in the code.
